Reset and Update Password

If you forget your password, follow the steps below to create a new temporary password. Once you have logged in, you can update your password to one that you remember.

How to Reset Your Password

1. In the top right hand corner, click "Log In" 
2. Click, "Forgot your Password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Click "Reset Password"
5. You will receive an email from our partner, Aunt Bertha, with a temporary password
6. Navigate back to the login page
7. In the top right hand corner, click "Log In"
8. Enter your work email address
9. *Copy and paste the temporary password into the password field.  

*Note, be careful not to copy any blank spaces before or after the password.

The temporary password will be your password going forward. To update your password to one that you are familiar with, follow the steps below.

How to Update Your Password

1. Once you have logged in, click "Settings" on the top right navigation
2. Click "My Profile" on the left hand navigation
3. Enter your existing or temporary password into the "Old Password" field
4. Enter the your new password
5. Click "Update Password"

This new password will be your password going forward.
